1 listing shows as 2 in Search results

Hi. I have 1 promoted listing on an eBay store. 
When I look it up, I get 2 results for the exact same listing.

1st : promoted, no FAST 'N FREE

2nd: Not promoted , with FAST 'N FREE

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I can't help you with that, but why on earth are you subscibing to a store with only 3 listed items and 1 completed item ???

Having a store does not enhance your search results, and for it to be viable you need well over 100 listings AND a good sell-through rate.
