10 000 free listings

Is anyone else getting the banner at top of ebay page with 10 000 free listings, then when you go into the page and click accept it brings back a message saying "Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only."

I don't mind that I did not get the invite (still working on my 200 free listing offer), but why is it showing me this offer when I can't accept it?

I got an email a few days ago with the invitation. So check your emails if you haven't already.
