just got a message from a buyer saying they were new to ebay and paypal only reason was they wanted to use the $10 voucher offered and he says theres a technical difficulty and won't be for 10 days : 14 april.
He sent me a screen shot of the message.
anyone else find themselves in this situation?
what is the spending amount they need to use to quality for the $10? I looked for my offer and it was no longer visible. thanks
