100 free listings - how often does eBay offer this?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can tell me how often eBay offer the 100 free listings. I haven't had an offer for months now and would love to get one - got too much stuff and nowhere to store it all. Thanks.

The 100 free listings is for items valued at $100 or more, in each listing. To my understanding anyway.

Lately, the 100 free listing offers have been sent fortnightly, and for a little while almost anyone could access the promotional link and get the offer, but it seems they've now set it up to be strictly invitation-only.

the 100 free standard listings are offered randomly, about every 2 weeks, but not to all users.  Sometimes only to STORES,sometimes to general accounts.

you get 40 free listings a month, every month, if you register as a Seller

you get 80 (or lmore) free listings a month, every month, if you open a Basic (or better) Store.

since i started selling ive got the 100 free listings every 2 weeks that its offered

last weekend i got an email and got it that way

other times it was just a link or at the bottom of my selling page

none this weekend its the weekend after

The last one was for the weekend before last, but it went Friday to Friday instead of just over the weekend. Theoretically we will get another offer tomorrow, but given the last one went so long I wouldn't hold my breath.

Who wants to bet all the money that I have in my pocket that the 100 free listing gig is a very clever covert marketing ploy?

I reckon that they're conditioning us to expect the 100 free listings every fortnight. The first time or two, lots of us were caught off guard and unprepared, (for those without turbo lister) so we started preparing lots of listings in anticipation of the next promotion.

Now once we have all that there and just waiting to go, they won't offer them anymore in the hopes that we will just list them all out of frustration and pay the listing fees...

Yes, that sounded a lot more feasible in my head when I started to type..... but it's ok, I'm in my jammies, and they've got no pockets,,,

I just do the ones I already have ready to go in TL for my main selling ID. At least two months in front there. The issues I have are selling from those listings, which means I have to replace those items before I do any more in the sequence before I can get back to standard setups.

This last lot cost me five listings, so I'm under the two months.

Ive been incredibly lucky and had the 100 free listings every fortnight, they are great! : )
