I am pleased to see that sellers will get credit listing, feature and final value fees for auction listings that ended between 4:45PM Friday 23 August and 1:00AM Saturday 24 August 2013. 

Whilst Ebay is encouraging sellers to complete sale, I also note that sellers do have an option to cancel auction transaction if initiated by this Friday 30 August - and that they will be protected from feedback or performance negatives -as long as refund given.

Sad there are no free listings for everyone 😞

Dave - eBay rep put me on a 'special list' as an eBay seller with BIN for potential compensation even with no auction listings. I called up - hope that helps.
