I too sell second hand books and keep getting the emails re making the changes to 30 day money back etc.
I offer 7 day money back if not as described, and cannot even contemplate offering 30 days,
Also postage costs are so expensive for anything other than a large letter, adding express post would be cost prohibitive.
I usually adapt to most changes but these ones I cannot.
