How do I get PRIVATE to show when making a bid?

As a buyer you cannot make your bid Private. Ebay already hides the identity of bidders by showing them in a format like x***x.
Private Listing...Bidders Identity Protected is entirely up to the seller...they set up the listing as a Private Auction.
