I have attached a scrolling gallery to one to one of my listings, cut and pasted into the HTML section, it looks great, just what I wanted.

but now all my other listings also have the scrolling gallery, but the scrolling gallery is on top of the item description, it looks terrible, what have I done wrong here????

many eBayers, including me, hate the scrolling galleries on listings
on 28-10-2012 10:35 PM
why?
on 28-10-2012 10:46 PM
They give me motion sickness if they are are going really fast and others don't like wasting their download allowances on them when they only want to look at one item.
Just because a seller has 30 or so items listed does not mean I or anyone else wants to see them.

why?
they distract me.
If I am interested in a listing, I want to look at that listing. If I want to see what other items a seller has listed I will look at the "see other items" link. If I only want to look at that one listing I do not want to be distracted by some scrolling gallery.

You can go to 'Edit Scrolling Gallery' in Auctiva and change it there. Here's the link:
http://www.auctiva.com/help/faq/all-categories/?search=scrolling%20gallery
It's the 13th question down the list - 'Can I change the position of the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery in my listings'.

I wasn't ignoring your problem, its just that I have no idea about how to fix it.

Hope you don't mind me saying I don't it either - not meaning any offence to you personally. Guess it's not really that I don't like it but I'm a bad migraine sufferer and can't look at it as it makes my eyes go funny - so it doesn't like me. It wouldn't stop me buying from a seller who has it - just avoid looking at the scrolling pictures.
I did try Auctiva once on trial but gave it up after a couple of days as couldn't even look at my own listings properly :-x

thank you trulyspecialgoodies.
I've given it a go but am still experiencing the issue. I have however put the HTML code in an existing ebay listing not via auctiva.
I may just have to edit each listing individually as my listings did not transfer over to auctiva
