Add a description issue

Hi I have been trying to list new items and revise items already listed

but in the add description box I only have html there is no choice given

for the easy way or html , the box just has html is this a glitch ?

I notice on this post I have rich text or html but not in selling revising mode

help!

IE is very ebay unfriendly, yu would be better off downloading and using either the Firefox or Chrome browsers as most of us rarely have problems when using ebay with them.
