Advice on contacting loosing bidder.

Hi Everyone

Can anyone tell me if I am allowed to contact a bidder that has lost a bid, to let them know I have the same item on BIN for less than she bid? Or does Ebay not allow this?

Offically, the only thing you can really do is send them a second-chance offer on the item, which is an offer to purchase the item at their bid price.

Some buyers may appreciated unsolicited contact, but there are many who will not, so IMO it's better to be safe than sorry.
