Am I allowed to name and shame a black mailer?

Got this dirty customer scum of the earth been trying to black mail me for cheaper postage.

Filthy scum is from katoomba.

I've reported him and his black mail attempts to ebay via the report an email link in his message and ebay has done nothing yet again. I've also completed the UPI. Yet I have still received a negative feedback.

He has a private profile so I believe he does this on a regular occassion.

OP, you should contact the other buyer (again) that left you the 2 reds - they are totally unjustified. And don't give up on eBay deleting them - try again!

Just verify the purchased items were 4 lots of ink cartridges not just 4 individual. Total of 20+

It's not a private profile, he just has his feedback set to private.

You could end up in some trouble for name calling and naming and shaming, as right after someone warned you against it, you still went ahead and posted the link to his profile...

Just report him to eBay for being a NPB and he should get a strike

explain to them it is over 500 grams

postage cost were stated in listing

ifr you get the right person like i got before they will remove it

also if you got any proof that he tried to force you to lower costs of postage pass it on to ebay
