Am I entitled to keep postage charge under EMG dispute

I sent a parcel off intestate recently . Buyer had moved but failed to update his pay pal and eBay address details Also didnot redirect his mail The parcel was eventually returned marked not a this address (took 3 weeks ) buyer lodge a disput with eBay. Item not received so I sent him the tracking details and received a reply with a new address and please resend it to me . I reposted the item plus payed another postage fee . Today I have just received another EMG requesting a refund item not received again I have now discovered his new address he sent me was incomplete so aus post could not find him . I have given up but I reckon I am entitled to keep at least one postage charge ( why should I be out of pocket because o this moron ) . Followed the EMG prompts but it only lets me refund the entire amount what should I do ?

I think you will have to bite the bullet on this one and ring ebay.

The system is flawed enough without having to cope with a situation like this.

If the parcel was sent with tracking the first time you should not have had to resend at your expense as any dispute would have been found in your favour.

agree with Lyndal, you should not have resent the parcel the first time. It is up to buyers to update their details.
