Not a winge at all. Very justified comment. It is getting rediculous. In my opinion three strikes and your out. Even if they can open another account no matter three strikes and your out again & again & again until you get the message. They will soon get sick of it. Just a bunch of time wasting fools.

My unpaid items is most definitely on the increase. I usually file about 5 a year and maybe one of those don't pay
Last week I had 6 UIDs and only one of those paid. Such time wasters X-(

I have 4 at the moment, all from this week. No replies to my message either.
I thought this might be normal trade here.

My last 3 buyers were non payers-I cant believe it - people are so disrespectful-I have opened up a case with 2 of them but what does that really do- NOTHING- Ebay does nothing about it -they should be barred from ebay- but how easy is it to get another email and start again??I think for these people its like being a junkie or an addict of some sort they cant help themselves-they have to bid on something. These people have problems and Ebay must do something about it. I'm Not Happy

. . . when you go into the buyers Feedback the amount of items that have buyer didnt pay. One buyer had at least 10 how can eBay still allow them to trade.
I'm just curious about whether all of you who are experiencing such high numbers of non-payers have bidder/buyer blocks in place to block those with more than one UnPaid Item strike from bidding/buying your products?
Surely, if a buyer has at least ten false negatives due to non-payment they would have at least two strikes. Two strikes stops these non-payers from stuffing me around when I list items and stops them from stuffing around any seller with appropriate blocks in place.
It's not eBay that lets these buyers with multiple non-payment feedback continue to trade, it's sellers who do not do UPI, or use bidder blocks for non-payers.

4 in the last fortnight and have only had 2 for the 6 months before that! Managed to get the money from 1 more that took me 2 weeks to chase - I don't normally let them go that long but she kept telling me she had paid.

Sorry but you are missing the point. It is not good business sense to block bidders before you have a problem with them. Of course once they refuse to pay for one of my items they are blocked then and NOT before and only if they do not have a good reason or do not answer my messages. You would have to be crazy to block all bidders with one strike as there are many reasons that a buyer may have not paid for an item on one occassion. The point is that Ebay needs to do something about the SERIAL time wasters. That is one of the reasons we pay the high fees for. It should not be the sellers responsability to control the non payers. It is up to Ebay to be more helpful and penalize these non payers in a far more meaningful way.
