Was checking on the status of one of buyers early this morning and online tracking stated that it was out for delivery today. Checked again a few mins ago and the online tracking showed "Initiated" instead of "In Transit"!?!!?
Called up Aust Post hotline thinking there might be something wrong with the package, received a pre recorded message saying that they are currently experiencing an outage on their network infrastructure. As a result some of the tracking info online are not up to date.
Talk about stress!! Not happy!

They had nationwide outages on Monday and in some places on Tuesday, but I thought that was all fixed. Maybe the recorded message hadn't been changed? Part of Monday was them changing their eftpos over to Westpac from CBA, but I understand there were other issues happening as well.
