In my shop I have no products that use water, but I got the following helpful message from Ebay today:
--------------
We wanted to reach out to you because we noticed you recently listed or sold a product on eBay that is regulated by a legal scheme established under the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) Act 2005.
The item you are listing may not comply with the WELS Act. Such products must be:
-Registered with the WELS Regulator
-Labelled with a WELS label, which must be visible to customer
-Supplied consistent with the product's registration (e.g. the product supplied must match the model name on the registration, and the rating and water consumption information must match the registration).
The WELS Regulator seeks your assistance in ensuring any products offered comply with these and any other requirements.
When you list this item on eBay, you agree to comply with these laws. If products do not meet these requirements, you may be committing an offence.
Please visit www.waterrating.gov.au to learn more about the WELS scheme and it's requirements.

I have absolutely no clue which listing this message is referring to. Has anyone else gotten something like this?

I hope I don't have to label the amount of water that will be used on sets of coffee mugs, vases, or mum's water jug, etc.!!!

LOL 5kazam, - I hope I also don't have to start labelling my "water colour" cushion designs. 🙂

You have listed some books with the word "Water" (Author's name) in the title.line.
The bots have picked up on the author's name.

Ha - thanks Lyndal, you actually found a spelling mistake for me.
Was supposed to write Walter, put Water instead.
Was wondering why so few people were finding those listings!
