Anyone know how to find the blurb on "payments with PAYPAL must be register

Hi all, Happy New Year..

I have sold to an International buyer today, and sent them a invoice with  PAYPAL only option for payment and an extra $9.20 is required to register your parcel. Not my rules but Paypal's.

They sent me the payment WITHOUT the registration monies.

Can anyone remember the location of this blurb so I can copy and send to  them.

This info was on the original listing , but I cant find the blurb about it  .. 😮

If you had it is a condition to choose registered post for international orders you should make the buyer aware of it.

You DO NOT let the buyer choose.  If you are sending item too expensive for your to write off if it goes missing, you ONLY offer the type of service that will protect you.  If you give the buyer the choice, of-course the will choose the cheapest option; they risk nothing.  It is all up to the seller to specify how the parcel will be posted..

That should have been use (not choose) in my post. there should not have been a choice.
