Has anyone tried using the http://pages.ebay.com/sell/nosellfees/ ebay voucher no fees promotion? I had two auctions that sold using this promotion, but the payment status has been stuck as "Payment in process" for the last 24 hours. Items shows "Payment was initiated on Sep 03, 2013 and is being processed through PayPal." but there are no other detals.
I tried calling the (877) 322-9408 phone number, but it goes straight to a recorded "We can't take your call right now" response. I also tried calling paypal (no detals about the payment) and ebay (no detals other than it was sent to a paypal account called ebayvoucher@paypal.com ). Both suggested that I wait another 24-48 hours to see if it clears up.
Has anyone else used the nosellfees pomotion and if so how long did it take to get the ebay voucher?
