Is there anyway out there like a program or website that will import ebay shipping address and turn it into Address Labels for letter envelopes?
Cheers

I thought you could do it through the paypal website. There's an option for "print shipping label"

I don't know if this is the kind of thing you're after, but it was one of the first results in a google search (that wasn't for postage-paid labels): https://www.zenstores.com/ (they also look to be UK-based, and I couldn't see any info re: international support.... but it might help you to refine the search for something you can use).
I'm not sure about importing and auto-formatting without third-party software, for printed labels I personally just copy/paste them from the order details or payment notifications into a template in Open Office (just a standard word doc that's divided into cells which match up with blank sticker sheets) and then print (well, with orders from another website I do, because they are displayed several to a webpage so I don't have to open up individual order details on multiple pages, eBay orders are all domestic so I find it quicker, and easier to just handwrite all of the addresses on letters I send)
The only non-third party alternative I can think of is downloading as a CSV and possibly setting up a formatted spreadsheet template.

Yes DG... if I was to do this I would use the Excel and CSV file route.
There is a "Paid and Awaiting to Post" report available in the File Exchange area.
Although I've never used it, I would expect to find shipping information in that report.
Once it was in Excel then you would need to massage it using Excel to get it ready to export to your label printing software.
I'm quite sure it could be done if you are a bit of an Excel guru.
Might need a bit of VBA code to achieve I suspect tho.
I'm unaware of any existing 3rd party software solution tho.
But now that I think about it I might take a look into it to see if its do-able.

I just did a test download of that particular CSV download and it does indeed have all the fields in it you would need to print address labels.
They are all in separate columns of the CSV file but are indeed all there.
Now just have to figure out how to massage that data to get it ready to import into my label printer software.

Hi,
My 2cents worth here
For letter envelopes, why not use Integrated ebay labels.
They are pretty fast and good.
Let me know if you want to know ore about using these.

I have not tried this yet, so not 100% sure how good it is, but looks good from what I have seen.

Just wanted to add my only concern with using this (if you post using AusPost) is you would lose the 10% discount you get from eBay
