I just can not understand, why a item I described 100% correct, and packed extremely well, was broken through Aus Post, I was made to remimburse the buyer, for the item and postage. ....because Ebay deemed it as not as Described. THIS IS SO UNFAIR. The buyer had the opportunity to register it. Your help would be appreciated. Thinking seriously leaving EBAY, due to this. Thank you

handing the parcel over to the delivery company is all that is needed. If not make a claim, through everyone

even if it was Registered, Aust Post do not offer a fragile service, and Registration does not cover damaged in the mail.
the buyer could however, have taken it and all the packing to the PO and put in a claim, and if APost considered it correctly packed she would / could have received AP compensation.

Not always, this seems to vary from state to state.
Note: the store or seller is responsible for resolving any issues with Australia Post or a courier company used to deliver your item.
