Buyer said her parcel hasnt arrived. Looked up on the webpage and says was delievered 21st may sat morning. She was home but didnt get a door knock. Can the webpage be wrong and says delievered but was sent back to the post office? We both live in Adelaide. Looking at her house on google maps it would be hard for someone to steal the parcel. Or could they have sent it to the wrong house?

Since you have tracking that says item was delivered you should be OK against any INR claim the buyer opens.
ie seller protection should be in place for you.
If ebay refund the buyer (if they open a case) then it should be out of their funds not yours.
Is the buyer's postal address linked to the tracking number?
Have you uploaded the tracking number details onto the order?
The buyer needs to speak with their local PO with the tracking details and make a claim that they have not received the parcel even tho it shows delivered. It's not uncommon that AP misdeliver parcels.

I have never heard of deliveries on a Saturday?
Unless the buyer goes to their local AP office and collects it on a saturday?

Yes I've not heard of Saturday deliveries either. Unless its a contractor making up time perhaps.
But according to the OP the tracking info says "delivered" so it will be up to Aust Post to figure out where to.
And I think that will be up to the buyer to lodge that complaint.

I had the same thing happen to me once,it sad delivered on the website, but I never received it.
So I went and asked all of my neighbours that had the same starting house numbers and it was delivered to the house
3 doors down as the delivery man mistook a 6 for a 0.
So it could be with one of the neighbours?

I have been getting Saturday parcel deliveries for about 17 months now.
After the usual December deliveries in 2014 they continued in the new year.

Saturday deliveries have been in force since Christmas 2014 and contractors are not allowed to "make up time"...they would lose their jobs. If a parcel is not delivered on the day it leaves the parcel delivery centre it is either returned there or left at the post office.

Yes, I was surprised when a couple of my sent parcles were delivered on a Saturday. Seems to be only in select parts of VIC and SA, at least those are the only areas that I have noticed Saturday deliveries?
