Hi Everyone
Just wanted to find out if there is a way of setting up automatic feedback when someone buys something ? I`m mainly a seller, but buy a few things from 2 different sellers, and as soon as I make payment, I receive feedback from them, so I`m guessing it is automated. Does anyone know ?
Also, is there a way of setting up automatic feedback for when someone leaves me postive feedback. I prefer to wait til I receive feedback from the buyer before leaving it for them, so I know they are happy with everything, and also increases the amount of buyers that leave feedback if they know they won`t get it from me until after they`ve left it. I got sick of leaving feedback for buyers, then getting nothing when they received the item

Yes - there's an option with Selling Manager Pro (in the left-hand side menu - Automation Preferences) for automated feedback, either upon payment, or receiving positive from the buyer.

We leave feedback for the buyer on the day we mail out their item. This of course means they have already paid.
This tells us a couple of things:
- The date we mailed the item, and
- We can browse their feedback received to see if/not they are a return customer.
Although its always nice to receive their POS FB we dont dwell on it at all and just take whatever we get really.
I would think that only about half our buyers bother to leave us FB.
