Hi
We have recently started using Australia Post's eParcel service where we type in each order, and our PC prints out the postal labels. I'm wondering if anyone has tried using any software programmes to automatically enter the buyer info into eParcel? There are a couple out there but I'm not sure which to go for. One that also included a book-keeping function and the ability to email our lists would be ideal.
Thanks everyone
Graeme

I used to look for such services before but then I just gave up. The reason I gave up is they are not cheap and all of them more like ebay-eParcel thing and would not work for your online store outside of eBay.
I have decided to use Shipworks instead as it can be connected to a lot of marketplaces and different shopping carts and handles all order shipments.
It does not work with eParcel though but it does provide a list of all placed orders from multiple selling channels in one window and you can do a lot of customisation, send shippment notification emails, invoices and get some analitycs(you will need to build it for each report you need) on your sales.
As for eParcel and Shipworks, I just copy an order shipping address for each order in Shipworks with just one click, bring it to eParcel online interface opened in IE and paste it into special instructions field there. Then I highlight each line of an address and drag& drop it into a relevant eParcel interface field . It takes about a minute to do it for each order and then its ready to be printed.
Shipworks bills for each connected store(selling channel) and it is also baded on an amount of orders shipped from each store. The lowest is US$15 for a store with up to 100 orders per months.
