Depending on the volume, most sellers would only post once per day, usually at the same time every day, while others would have courier-pick up, which is available with AP. I don't know what the rates are, only that I once checked once how much it would be for courier pick-up with C&S, and it was $12 for same-day pick-up, but it would vary for different locations, and may also vary with volume.
