I sold a ring, only to be told it was damaged in mail. I have refund the money. But have paid my bill for selling fee and see i have a fee for this producti have refund it. Hoe do i get that fee refunded'

Call ebay and explain what has happened and ask if you can have a fee refund. They may or may not give you one as they have been paid for a service they provided, facilitating the exchange of money for goods, so keepyour fingers crossed and talk nice. If they grant you a refund and you have already paid your fees your account will go  into credit by the fee amount and you can either leave it there to apply to future bills or you can withdraw it to your bank.
