Hello,
As the title mentions, a buyer purchased an item which is not given a tracking number as it is financially not efficient to do . I understand this is something difficult to fix because it is not tracked however I wanted to inform everyone that some people are purposefully exploiting this.
So the buyer opened dispute that they had not received the item. Item was sent again and they did not close the dispute I obviously tried contacting them but they did not reply, days passed and eBay took into their hands and refunded it. Meaning the buyer received two items and got refunded. This hasn't just happened once so it wouldn't have been by chance that Aus Post lost the item and the buyers intent is very clear. To exploit this loophole.

As said
You chose to send without tracking, knowing the risk in doing so
Not the buyers fault, why would you want to leave them bad feedback
Blame yourself and the postal service you used

To add, the only point of leaving bad feedback (even if it were possible) would be to make yourself feel better
Nobody else is going to have a clue who the buyer is, so even IF they were a serial 'I did'nt get my item' type of 'buyer' it's not going to alert anyone else to their 'shopping habits' since nobody no involved in the transaction sees the 'buyers' ID

You obviously suspect the buyer(s) are not telling the truth.
That may be so, but the thing with sending untracked items is you can never know for sure.
That's why ebay gives the benefit of the doubt to buyers. It is perfectly possible at least one of the posted items is genuinely missing.
It was your choice to take on all the risk of posting that way. Why not increase your prices slightly to cover tracking?
As for feedback, you are a lucky person in that so far the buyers have not given YOU a neg or neutral so count your blessings.
I saw the neutral you received a month ago from one customer.
Bro literally put a $90 card in a paper envelope…. Thanks
Good grief, no wonder that man is disgruntled. Show more care for your products & organise it so you post with tracking!

Thinking about it, I guess trev might think I was a bit abrupt in my comment, a bit critical, but I hope the comments are at least a bit helpful too. When the card prices creep up, it would be in Trev's own interests to post with tracking so he can avoid any potential scams with buyers claiming item not received. I think also it might cut down on the risk of the item being damaged.
