Buyer get fully refund and no item return, what can I do?

Buyer open a case in Paypal, the reason is "item not as described".

 

After disputing by paypal, they buyer get fully refund, however, she did not return my item. I try to communicate with her, she do not reply anything after refunding...

 

What can I do for this? Anyone can help me on this?

Ring Paypal (do NOT email them) and explain that they incorrectly refunded your buyer prior to your receiving the item first, and request that they reverse their refund until such time as your item has been returned in an acceptable condition.

If they disagree, tell them that you intend lodging an immediate complaint with the Financial Services Ombudsman and your funds should be returned to your account and put on hold until the situation has been satisfactorily resolved and you have your item back.

Thanks a lot for your help, I will call PP tomorrow. The item worth $150 + postage. I got nothing except negative feedback from the buyer. It is so unfair for me just because the buyer said "Item not as described".
