Buyer hasn't responded almost 2 weeks after pickup detail share, item paid for.

What should i do, Wait forever?

Contact them 1 more time with a pick up by date and time.

Tell them if not picked by **/** then the payment will be refunded less the fees incurred and storage costs if they paid by paypal.

If they paid with bank dep then ask for their details so you refund less the fees and costs.

Then you can relist or sell to next bidder if there was one by the second chance offer if happy with the price.

you cant do that ,read the ,check with ebay but I think after 2 months  you then have to contact buyer and give them 1 months notice that you are relisting the product ,so you cant charge for storage ,they must be given a months notice  in fact thats te law

Since when does the LAWS apply to ebay?

It is a contract of sale when you purchase but if the seller refuses to complete the sale ebay does not care so why would they here and if a buyer who has paid has not bothered to keep up their end of the deal by picking it up then refund less fees and storage and relist.

Joe is referring to consumer law, which is dependent on value anyway and is for keeping the item without refunding.

Nothing to do with the situation (which you explained) where the seller refunds and certainly nothing to do with eBay.

OK so even the email that came on their account is fake anyway so no suprise they haven't gotten my messages, I'm waiting for 1 more week to see if their payment clears and then relist. Probably some gigantic troll.
