i sold item on ebay   the buyer made a error   i had sent invoice  we have made agreement  how do i re sent invoice with agreed amount  thank you   chris tenney

You can not change the end amount on a sold item.

Tell the buyer You will have to send the buyer an agreement to cancel and after they agreed to the request you can relist at the agreed price.

To send the agreement to the right of the sold item is a drop down, from the drop down select resolve a problem and follow the prompts to send an agreement to cancel.

you could always just go ahead with the sale at current price and give a partial refund after although you will still pay the full final value fee on the sale

Only if the change relates to the item cost. Why would anyone in their right mind sell something then agree to accept a lower sale price for it from the winning bidder? Understandable if the postage was overcalculated but that won't effect the FVF (yet). Wanting to change the sale price is probably seen by ebay as circumventing fees. If there is a genuine reason then agreed, you need to cancel it and relist as a specific listing for that buyer.
