Buyer renegs due to non payers

So for some reason I had my doubts about the winning bidder due to her asking for a buy it now price and me responding and then no further communication prior to her deciding to bid. She wins the auction and then no payment for 5 days, I open a dispute and then sent her a message asking why she bothered bidding if she had no intention of paying her response was "well I've had 3 non payees the last week and I don't care if u leave me a neg cos I'm going to close my account" yet she still has items listed for sale. I should bid on them and not pay! Grrrr! I'm assuming I can't neg her if I close the dispute she just gets a strike yes?

You can't give her a neg anyway. Sellers can't give buyers anything except a positive.

Yes, she gets a strike if you close the dispute. You'll also get your FVF back.

Then, add her to your BBL.

😮 Negs are sometimes removed, but have never heard of strikes removed. Can you please give me details I can follow up on? TIA.
