Buyer unable to put new address as Po Box to pay for item.

Hi I sold an item tonight and received this message from the buyer.

Hi I have tried to pay for item however it will not accept my residential address or PO Box in Queensland.

Would you please provide feedback.

I replied that i was pretty sure i had no restrictions but he could perhaps try to change his address prior to purchase. He has just sent me another message and im hoping someone can help and tell me what I have done wrong. Thanks 🙂

Hi I've retried and PayPal is telling me that I have selected an address the seller does not ship to. I've never had this before either.

Perhaps if you could please look at your setup for shipping in PayPal and check the postcodes aren't restricted. If this doesn't work I'll need you to please cancel this order and perhaps I can order another way?

I was going to suggest that you may be offering courier delivery....in this case paypal should not be accepting PO Box delivery.

But then I looked at your listings and see that it is not the case.

Like Lyndal, I have no idea either, but I'm thinking that the restriction is far more likely to have something to do with your ebay settings rather than Paypal, as I've never before heard of them rejecting payments for items shipped to PO boxes.

All I can do is suggest that you ring Paypal and ask, if only to eliminate them from the equation.
