Buyer wants to retract his bid

i gave him a chance to cancel it himself but hes still asking me to do it. how do i do it as i can only see it as the actual bidder cancelling a bid not a seller.

If you go to your listing and click on the bid number to go to the bidding history, down the bottom should be a link to cancel bids. You'll need the buyers ID and the item number of the listing. That's how I've always done it.

If it's got more than 12 hours to go, the buyer can cancel themselves, but if less than 12 hours to go, you have to do it.
