Buyers not leaving feedback

For the last few months or so in all my 8 years on ebay, i have never seen so many buyers not leaving feedback, has anyone else notice this or happens to them alot?

TMI slr, TMI LOL!!! I thought that once they were no longer a member their feedback score and the view listings link disappeared, like the others who commented when this thread started 3 years ago?
