No, just processed 3 labels on one id and one on another, no problems at all.

What browser are you using? It seems some internet browsers are better with C & S than others. Eg. Recently I couldn't get in with Firefox but using Chrome was fine.

I use IE. When logged into Austpost the top bar where they check all your required functions it shows my plugins as RED colour, all the rest are green, this is apparently Adobe Acrobat Reader, so then tried to install and gets to about 75% of installation and then get another error message, :
Error 1328: Error applying patch to file C:\Config. MSI\PT42E.tmp. It has probaly been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more info contact your patch vendor.
Question- who is my patch vendor...what does that mean?
I am hoping this is a simple fix??? thanks

Sorry should have added, I am presuming that this AP Plugins red item is the reason why I can't print my labels. I even phoned C & S and sent a PDF for me of the labels but still couldn't print these either. Any advice?

Try with Firefox or Chrome, I find Chrome works best for C&S.
I would also consider removing Adobe altogether through control panel and then re download a clean, up to date version.

Thank God for Chrome, I loaded this and all works fine. I never had a problem till now with IE, guess will be moving to Chrome permanently. Thanks PJ will do what you have advised.

I have Chrome, IE and Firefox open all the time, with one id on each, sso it is easy to switch from one to other if something doesn't work. My bank has suddenly decided it doesn't like IE either so it has been added to my opening pages on FF & chrome;-)

Gotcha, understand what you are saying. Sigh, does seem to be very disjointed to have to flick backward and forward between either one (i will keep IE & Chrome open) depending on what I want to do. But whatever works.......
