C&S taking my money from PayPal but not giving me a tracking no or email!!

Is anyone else having problems with C&S? I just paid for shipping using PayPal and it deducted the money but it hasn't given me a tracking number, it's still showing as unsent and nothing is showing in the history!! I did it again and it's done the same thing!! This is beyond a joke now!!! I have emailed C&S the two PayPal receipts and advised them of the problem! The night just goes from bad to worse!

It's basically deducting my money from PayPal but that's it! No tracking number generated, still showing as unsent, no email, nothing in C&S history - nada! And to make matters worse C&S isn't even open now to sort out this debacle! Let's just hope this is just a one off incident otherwise C&S are going to be having lots of calls and complaints tomorrow with items unable to be mailed!!

email them. I have had transactions take the payment and not generate labels. They can check back and match the two. If no label generated they will happily refund the payment.

I use Click and Send all the time and I have never been emailed a tracking number. This is not an issue though.. I cannot remember how I did it but there is a way on your click and send account to find the tracking number or to track the item directly.

I really don't think they email out tracking numbers though... because if they do.. than I have never been given one after 20+ sales.

Also please remember when using the Click and Send website to check your history that you enter in the correct dates to find each item sent.. they don't load up automatically.

i always got confirmation of the order by email; at least with the old system.  And the tracking number is there.  Of-course, the tracking number is also in your My eBay under the item.

Not only though did I not get an email, I did not get a tracking number, nothing showed up in my C&S history and the item was still showing as unsent on my ebay. I called C&S and I had an issue with one operator who I have since complained about - they were far from assistive.

As for an acutal number given to me to track an item.. I have never recieved this.

I mean the email you receive that you open up, click on and it opens up the printing label for you. You can either print it straight from the C&S website once you make payment or you can print it from your email address.
