Can’t send a combined postage invoice for two items purchased as it’s not an option under Actions

Sold two items to the same buyer and wish to send a revised invoice with combined postage but it does not have revise invoice under the Actions so I can’t pull up an invoice to revise

Are you using the app? If so, you can't send an invoice from that. You have to use the full site (could be called desktop site), in a browser, using ebay.com.au. It will initially take you to the mobile site if you're on a device, so you'll need to scroll right to the bottom of the page to get the desktop site link.
