Attempted to contact a buyer and the "send message" tab is greyed out, are we no longer able to contact them anymore?

Item was returned to us as "no incorrect" so has been sent back.

So would really like to have a conversation with the buyer to explain what is going on. Has anyone got an answer for this? Thanks

Hi Sandy, thanks for your reply, we currently use Chrome for eBay and Firefox for Etsy.

After reading your messages, I opened eBay in Firefox and lo and behold able to forward a message, don't know why but just glad that it worked.

So your messages gave me the idea to switch it around and try the other platform with success. Cheers
