Can you get your top seller rating back?

I have lost rating due to 2 negatives (was unable to fulfill the order due to personal reasons) full refunds were given and I still got negative feedback

how do I get my rating back??

You have 3 negs & 5 neutrals.

JMO but judging by the comments,your communication is lacking & postage is slow.

You may not want to hear this but buyers are not interested in excuses as to why they didn't receive their items.

All you can do is trade your way out of your current lack of TRS ie improve your communication & post your items faster.

you will get your ratings back after you improve your business system.

after 12 months the neutrals and negs drop off, and if in the meantime you can improve your speed of processing orders, and keep good communication with your buyers, your ratings will improve too

from your My Account Tab, you will see a link to Seller Dashboard, click on that and you'll see which date each month eBay evaluate you and where you currently stand with percentages.

The Top Rated Seller requirements are changing soon and the TRS icon will disappear on listings and only listings that qualify for Top Rated Plus will have the badge.

I lost my  TRS rating for a month,   and  sales were never better when I didn't have it.       I really won't make much difference at all.       Your ratings are evaluated each month,   so if you don't have any more dramas for a month,  it should come back then.

I think this 'premium' thing (TSR) is not going to have many smaller priced item sellers in there, because I mean "free shipping" c'mon this ain't china.China would have hardly have any "premium" sellers either if their postal system charged like Australia post does,

My issue is the 30+ day money back guarantee. I sell used books, not lend them, so I won't be playing that game.

Exactly dave, it extends to all sorts of things my items included. I seriously dont think the  the brainiacs at ebay thought this one through.

I wonder if any of them have ever actually been Sellers on the site at all.Not that I really care too much, when I buy I dont care if the Seller is powerseller a TRS or whatever. I am only concerned with the DSRs & %. 

Wouldnt worry me if I never achieved any of their silly status symbols, long as my customer base is happy and I am doing well $ wise.
