We sell many different types of items, can you possibly have more than one store open at the same time?
Thanks in advance

Yes you can.
You can have several different ebay IDs with or without stores - each ID has its own account (and charges) and requires a different email address than your other IDs.
You can link the emails to a single paypal account though, as you can have up to 8 different email addys for each paypal account.
Many sellers use different IDs to take advantage of the free listing offers for non-store owners - though this will have slightly higher Final Value Fees.

Yes, it all starts afresh from 0 building up feedback.
No you cannot have two stores on the one ID, so would advise making the best use of your existing store categories.
IMO there are many successful sellers on ebay that have diverse products in the one store.
Like many other sellers, I buy mostly from a buying ID - this also provides the opportunity to build up some feedback on another ID.

Hi thanks for the fast reply! If we were to create a new user that would mean our feedback score and everything would be starting again? So theres not a way to have a second store on this account?

You can use each email address linked to Paypal if you wish but you can use just one email address for all ids when you do the listing, the paypal payment email address doesn't have to be the same as one used to register the account with ebay.
