My auction was won and the buyer would like me to cancel the sale as I can't post the item (aerosol products) . Item was clearly marked as pickup only and which suburb to be collected from. New ebayer with 0 feedback . That is fine but when I go to cancel there is no option that covers this scenario...only to cancel the sale because I can no longer sell the goods which is not the case.
Should I open a non paying bidder case or should I just say I cannot sell the item? Will it reflect poorly on me as a seller that it appears thet I have withdrawn an item?

You can send aerosol with Auspost - it just has to be clearly marked with a label that they provide you with stating that the item is to go via road transport only.
You can send the buyer a 'mutual cancellation' - just email them and explain that all they have to do is agree to that, you get your fees back and it doesn't reflect on them at all
