Cannot find the button "manage my store" - where do I insert html for templates etc. ?

Hi,

I would like to add html to customise the appearance of my store (templates etc) just to make it look prettier.

I am unsure of where to insert the html code for my template.

I cannot find any option for "manage my ebay store" Help! xx
