Cant view current balance or invoices

No matter what i do i cant view my current fee balance or any invoices. I use an android device and everytime i go to classic site it switches to mobile. I havent been able to view my invoice breakdowns for months but i could still see my current fee balance in the help section now i cant even do that, so i have to contact ebay to get my balance, anyone else experiencing this?

For some reason many of the "housekeeping" functions don't work on a mobile. You need to get in front of a PC and work from there.

Hopefully this will allow you access to everything you want to look at.

Someone else might drop in here with some further ideas/advice.

Do you have the ebay app installed. I only was able to use the mobile version with limited success on the classic site as it would keep changing back. As my phone is a 2014 model the app stopped working so I deleted it.Now I can use the full site and just zoom in to read the different sections.

I use the app, im trying to view fee balance on google, still need the app though
