has anyone got a refund yet for payments and no postage labels on monday when the site had issues?
As I stated in the other thread, when I rang them, I was advised to email them via Contact Us on the Click & Send page with the PayPal Transaction ID number and would get a full refund within 48 hours.
This has not happenned and had no reply, so I opened up a dispute with PayPal, but when you submit it, it says the seller (In this case Australia Post) lets it go straight to a claim and let PayPal review it
I hope PayPal does the right thing and refund the money or we all might be out of pocket when this happened the other day

Not to cause alarm, but I suspect that may be because C&S is not eligible for buyer protection, in that it's a service (postage), delivered digitally. (I am not 100% sure on this, but I have always presumed C&S to be exempt from buyer protection for those two reasons).
The claim shouldn't forfeit your right to a refund, though, so regardless of the outcome of that, I hope the refund is given soon.

I have had no response whatsoever to my email about Monday's debacle. As it's only $6.20, I will give it to Monday.
Then I will be vigorously pursuing the matter.

I emailed them and also called them - they said they have over 300 emails, so she would do it for me the following day. 3 days later I called up and it had still not been done. Thankfully she refunded me on the spot and the credit appeared on my c/c statement today (1 day later).

click the technical issues button and make them call you, they get enough of profit to do the leg work
