Good Morning All,
As many of you are aware, our Click and Send website is currently down. We understand just how inconvenient this is for all of you and we are working with our provider to bring it back online as quickly as possible.
We thank you for your ongoing patience in the face of these issues and will let you know as soon as it is up and running again.

Thanks Alice and the team.....
I had four to get out today and had my hands on my old spare pre-paid red satchels, ready to swap satchels - managed to wait it out and all was returned to normal and parcels were scanned in at my PO.
I spoke to two C&S call centre staffers this morning - one about the site problem and the other regarding a problem after paying for the lodgement with Paypal when the site was restored.
Both were fantastic with info about the site failure issues and back-up support in regard label printing - and I can well imagine the pressure they were under all day from some very stroppy users.
I was going to say "wouldn't it be great if there was a Plan B " if the C&S site went down ( and ALL sites go down/have problems/affect users etc etc from time to time )
I rely solely on C&S for 99.99% of my postage and now I know what it's like when it does go down - I have the back-up satchels to cover the problem if need be.
Disruption to routine is always a pain in the ass, but I think they did pretty well today ( and last week ).

And you are down again on 1 Nov 2012, this really sucks! Don't tell me to go to the nearest Aus Post Shop, it's miles away, the reason I use Click and Send is because I cannot get to an Aus Post Shop on a regular basis!

Go to your nearest AP outlet and 'pay through the nose' for the same
proof of sending.
We quote based on Click & Send rates and cannot afford the loss using alternate means. Not your fault Alice but no thank you.

Here we go again – another glitch in the system. No customer service, no advice from ebay.
But you can rest assured ebay will be the first to contact you if you are not posting promptly and updating your buyers.

It's been down again all day today, and still is at the moment of posting.
Hope they fix it tomorrow otherwise my postage will get clogged up with all the weekend orders.
Looks like it might be a good idea to take the rest of the night off folks - enjoy your day, and happy selling.
