Hi all I have just signed up for click and send and was wanting to know can I use an A4 Address label with 12 labels or do I have to purchase special labels?
Thank You

You don't use sticky labels. C&S labels print 4 to an A4 sheet, and the bags you use have a clear pocket to put your label inside.
No extra disposables needed!

You need to either purchase the ebay branded satchels available on ebay or the B1, B2 or B4 boxes at the PO first then you either use the print label facility next to your sold items or you sign into click and send and import your paid for items and create the labels, Once you have printed the labels you put them in the plastic window on the satchels or you tape them to the box if you are using them. After that you take them to the PO and lodge them over the counter.
You pay the postage cost either by it being added to your ebay account if you use the print label facility or you pat with Paypal or a credit card if you do it through click & send

Phorum, you can use your own packaging for Click and send, I do all the time. You just have to put in the measurements and it may be a touch more expensive than the boxes.
You can, of course, also use the Ebay branded or the PO boxes which can be easier for most things.
I use A4 sticker sheets from the newsagent to print onto. Just cut them out and stick on the box. Of course they are a bit of a waste if you only have one parcel to send ๐

Hi again all Thanks for your Help I will give it a try and see how I go.
Now another little question if I try to use the Print Postage Label from Selling Manager Pro in my sold items I cant because it tells me The Suburb is wrong. here is a copy of the error message..
The suburb provided is not recognised for this postcode.
I have been living here for about 12 years and the Postcode is correct. Croydon Park 5008 South Australia Is there anyway around this?

You will find it is the buyers suburb/postcode that is incorrect.
it could be -
Having the city in the address, which will default to the suburb field. Delete the city and replace with suburb.
The suburb is spelt incorrectly, or the words are the wrong way round. Like Whoop Whoop East instead or East Whoop Whoop.
The street/number is actually in a different suburb to where the buyer thinks they live.
I assume you can change it in eBay. If not use C&S - you definitely can there.

The postcode might work with the suburb "Croydon" instead of "Croydon Park".

Croydon Park is 5008.
But I doubt it is the seller's address that is the issue.
OP has almost a week to sort it, as AP is not working until next Monday.

It is not the buyers address it is my address if I change ny Address to Croydon 5008 SA it will work fine but Croydon Park are 2 different Suburbe with the same Post Code. In fact there 8 Suburbs with the 5008 Postcode.

I have no idea how it works with the ebay print label but in click & send if you click on validate it gives a list of all the subs and you just select the one you want, the state has usually defaulted so you have to change that too.
I know you can use your own packaging with click & send but not witht the ebay label printing, that can only be used with the ebay branded satchels.
