I have just tried to process C&S parcel that I would really like to post tomorrow, but it prints out miniature blank label, and the transaction record is tiny. I tried both my C&S accounts :(. Anybody else is having problems?

Yes, I had this trouble twice yesterday. Eventually, it went back to normal.

Just processed one with no problems.

had that problem before and click and send support told me it had something to do with Firefox.
so I signed in through internet explorer and it worked.
did it again today, same answer.
so use a different browser if you are using Firefox.

if you have paid you just email for a refund for the numbers you did not use
email clickandsend@auspost.com.au
it takes about 7 days if you paid by credit card.
you need to quote the reference numbers and the invoice numbers.

this is only helpful if you are using Firefox - in which case we would want to know why yours worked and ours didn't.:-D

I find Chrome the most c&s friendly browser.

thanks, but no I did not pay; I am going to pay at the PO. But C&S are going to be somewhat clogged up if every item gets entered few times 😮
