How long until eBay automatically closes unreceived item disputes?
I have one where the buyer hasn't replied since opening it over 30 days ago. Tracking shows they've received the item.
I asked eBay to step in, but they just locked the funds and then silence.
There's no way to close it myself, nor any other link or hint of who to contact to get it sorted.

Tracking number was automatically added to the item purchase/sale history by Click & Send.
I also included it in my reply to the dispute.

Yes you get tracking via C&S.
But did you lodge the parcel/item over the counter and have it scanned into the system?
Or just drop it into a red street box?

Lodged and scanned in over the counter, would never do it any other way.
The buyer has their item, it shows delivered. They opened the dispute before it was delivered, only a few business days after sending. Grrr...
Now that they have it, they never bothered returning to the dispute to mark it resolved.
I stupidly clicked the link to ask eBay to step in, hoping they'd see my comments, the tracking, and wind it up. All they did was lock my funds then disappear like the buyer. Weeks have gone by and no movement at the eBay camp.

Phone eBay and ask to speak to a supervisor.
If the funds are frozen, don't settle until they have resolved the issue, if you funds are now accessible, just move on.

Really can't see why some individual would keep flooding the boards with this tripe..........
Do you work for QS ?
or are you on a retainer to get sales for them ?
either way, if they were that good, I would figure their reputation would speak for itself - from my experience - NO FEES was because there was no traffic and no sales.............
oh well, good luck to you.....you keep on tryin'

Did you reply to the wrong thread? I have a legitimate concern about my funds being held by eBay/Paypal. What's QS?

Someone has been spamming threads and I would say the spam has been removed, so it looks like the members that left the comments were replying to you.
