Hi All,

I have won an item on bid for the above item and the seller contacted me number of times to make payments on the item and when would i come and collect the item. Then i send an email stating that i will be paying on Thursday and collection will happen on Saturday emails stop coming. Then i made payments on the items and asked for the address number of times. The seller didn't provide any details and there was no contact. I made contact with paypal and advise to open a dispute which i did and then seller started to email like crazy and then i was told how come i open the dispute and still no address on the local pick of the item. This has been going on for 2 days now and her husband is involved now and all i have getting is emails about how i am the one going round the bush. Can someone explain how I the buyer can go round the bush when the seller is the one who has to provide all the details to the buyer? The seller is refunding me the money and no i am in more cost has paypal will get a percentage on the money and the seller is going to relist this on ebay?

I am taking illegal action as i believe this is a wrong doing. Has anyone out there experienced the same with this buyer? Do you think ebay should have more action for buyers like us cause of the wrong doing from the seller?

Now just a warning this buyer has other items their selling. Also if you look at what their are selling you can get it cheaper at one the your local Indian shop. I don't want any buyers like me to go through this with this seller this is why i am putting this up and i feel i have done nothing wrong where the seller is the one who has been sending emails but not the local pick up details and all i wanted was the item i bid on and arrange it to be collected.

If you have been refunded, you should get the entire payment back, in full, from Paypal. Paypal does not keep any money from a full refund back from the buyer.

(For international refunds, the exchange rate may have changed, so then the money you get might be a bit different...but still, Paypal does not keep any of that payment, it is just the exchange rate difference you see)

For pick up items, it is best to pay on the day, after seeing the item meets the description. If not, you can walk away.

There is no Paypal buyer protection on a pick up item.

If any of the emails were abusive, you can report it to eBay.
