Hi
We have a buyer that wishes to purchase multiple buy it now items. He is unable to request combined postage.
He contacted EBay who told him to ask us to turn on the “allow combined post” option - but that is already selected
How can we sort this issue?

so many glitches, so little help 🙂
there are a few things you can do yourself; if you know exactly what items the buyer wants, you can take them down and create a new listing "special listing for xxx .... " and explain to the buyer.
or he can buy the items and you will refund the extra postage
or maybe he can buy the items and not pay until you have a chance to send a combined invoice.
or if he is on a phone, combined postage sometimes doesn't work -- does he have access to a laptop or computer? he can put them in the cart, and request combined postage

Its strange, but most of mine manage to do the request total, but the odd one cant seem to get that option to come up, no logic behind it, as some are app some on the website.
I just get them to pay, and I refund the difference. But when you do the refund, make it at the order level, and not against single items.
