MY item was removed unfairly by ebay when other items exactly the same are allowed ?? why it was not an underwear garment it was an normal peice of clothing .Am most upset at being treated unfairly by ebay ,they cannot allow some and not others ,I have a perfect record of selling good secondhand items and many happy customers ,I want my item to be allowed back on ebay as their reason for removal was incorrect !

you say the item was removed unfairly and that the reason was incorrect, but what reason was given in the eBay email you received that advised of the listing removal.
At a guess, I would think you were selling a 'named-brand' item and that is why, but feel free to post a little more information so an accurate reply may be made.

Ebay said that the item was a piece of underwear which it is not ,yes it was a brand name and had pleanty of bidders ,they understood what the item was and were happy to bid ,it was a piece of clothing that you could wear shopping or to go to the gym in ,ok to wear in public an ordinary piece of clothing not underwear at all ,when going to list my item I looked at similar ones for sale and used thier wording this is where the problem lies I think but it is obvious that it is not a banned item for sale you should check properly before removing the listing .

it was not underwear, but eBay thought it was underwear!
Maybe it was a pair of superman outerwear red 'undies' . . . which I suppose could be called 'outies'

I see you have a pair listed as "tights" - I would have thought "tights" could get you into a bit of trouble
what word in the item title did they object to ?? If it was leggings, it has got me stumped.
