Confused over free listing terms?? Have I been accepted or not?

I went onto the 100 free listings facebook page and applied for the offer. It tells me Ive accepted the offer, and brings up a "start selling" button.

BUT I have not had any email saying I've been given the offer. Don't want to list 100 items if its not free.

The start selling button is just the general one, so I'm wary of using it, should I wait for an email from Ebay??

Someone posted a link which Store owners could use last time the free listing offer was available. Does anyone have a link for this offer at all please?

store owners are NOT being offered 100 free listings this weekend goodies, just non store owners.

I got the email on my store ID, which doesn't qualify. So I just used the link for this and my other freebie ID. Both worked.
